This four day camp is designed just for teens and tweens who are ready to dive into the fun but challenging world of throwing pottery. We’ll focus on building confidence and skill on the wheel, all while not taking ourselves too seriously.
Whether it's their first time or they’ve tried it before, this camp is all about progress, not perfection. Every camper will get the experience the full process, from throwing a pot, to trimming, then glazing. At the end, they’ll have at least one (probably a few) pots - maybe even a mug or cereal bowl!
Wheel Camp Includes:
4 sessions of hands-on wheel instruction with our experienced, kid-friendly instructors
All clay, tools, glazes, and firing
Fun games designed to challenge the limits of what we can do with clay
Snack and drink break
