In this fun workshop, we’ll teach you the easiest and quickest way to make your own hand-built, yet surprisingly even and flat plate!
Then we’ll use a variety of different surface design techniques to create a landscape full of texture, depth, and color. Using slip, sgraffito carving methods, and glaze, you’ll up your ceramics skills while creating a striking piece.
Whether you’re looking for a fun and creative way to build new carving and design skills in pottery and ceramics, or just looking to have a great time making something cool, this workshop is for you!
Suitable for all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced.
Underglaze, Wonderglaze, and firing included. Potter’s glazes and bisque firing also available for an additional glazing/firing fee.
