This year we’re celebrating Earth Day and the Luminary Parade with our own super cool luminary workshop!
First, you’ll learn how to build a cylindrical candle holder out of wet clay slabs.
Next,. you’ll glaze your cylinder, choosing from over 30 color options.
Last, you’ll carve your own cool patterns and designs using top of the line carving tools by Diamond Core. Learn to experiment with line sizes, curves, and shapes to create depth in your carving. Cut all the way through to let the light out, or just below the surface to create a cool glow.
Pieces will be fired and ready for pick up in 2 weeks. Shipping available.
Complimentary light refreshments included.
This project is suitable for mature kids who can focus for 2 hours on a project.
