Get cozy with us with a cup of cocoa, coffee, or tea, then learn how to create bell-style ceramic ornaments that can be so much more than bells!
In this workshop you’ll learn how to shape up to 5 “bells” and make them into all types of fun and whimsical creations. Cats, trees, birds, acorns, etc, the method is simple yet limitless! Use attachments, stamps or carving tools to create patterns and textures, or let the glaze do the talking.
Choose from vibrant glossy colors and speckled glazes for a painterly look, or use our single-fire potter’s glazes for a simple yet classy finish (great for more modern and earthy styles).
Each ornament will have a special fire-friendly metal hook attached after you create it, or you’ll add a small hole to hang a bead or charm through later. Once fired, we’ll add a ribbon or jute string to make hanging easy and stylish. Spruce up your ornaments by adding your own beads or other adornments to make them extra special.
This family-friendly workshop can be as complicated or simple as you like, making it perfect for all ages and abilities. Cookie cutter ornaments are also available for a super easy building option (ideal for tiny hands).
